OffBase Tools provides free, browser-based file conversion and calculator tools. All processing happens locally on your device. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time.

• Do not use the tools for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the site.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any file you open.

Because files are processed in your browser and never uploaded, OffBase Tools does not store, access, or assume ownership of the documents you use. You retain full rights to your content.

The tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that conversions will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. Always verify critical output — for example, a passport photo spec — against the relevant authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffBase Tools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools.

The OffBase Tools name, design, and code are owned by the OffBase Tools operators. The output files you generate belong to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
