OffBase Tools is a set of file and calculator tools that run entirely in your web browser. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not upload, store, or transmit the files you process. Your photos, PDFs, and documents stay on your own device from start to finish.

When you use a conversion tool, the file is read by JavaScript running in your browser tab and transformed using the Canvas API, the PDF.js library, or a WebAssembly decoder. The result is produced and downloaded on the same device. None of this data is sent to our servers, because OffBase Tools has no file-processing servers — there is nowhere for it to go.

• We do not receive the files you open in any tool.
• We do not store your files, even temporarily.
• We do not require registration, so we hold no account data.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

OffBase Tools may display contextual ads from Google AdSense. If ad serving is enabled, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. AdSense and analytics cookies are the only third-party cookies used on this site, and they are not required for any tool to function.

If analytics are enabled, OffBase Tools uses a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service that aggregates anonymous page-view counts. It does not build a profile of you and does not process the contents of any file. You can use every tool with analytics blocked and it works exactly the same.

OffBase Tools does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no files or accounts are uploaded, there is no personal data for us to retain.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
